UX Designer

SDB Agency helps SaaS companies build stunning websites and product experiences that drive conversions and customer retention. We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can create beautiful, conversion-driven designs for SaaS websites and digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with our UX, strategy, and development teams to design experiences that not only look great but also perform.

We work fast and value designers who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality work on time. You’ll primarily design in Figma, and you should be comfortable presenting work internally and to clients when needed.

What you’ll do

• Design UX and UI for marketing websites and SaaS products
• Work closely with UX leads and developers to bring designs to life
• Turn wireframes and UX concepts into polished visual designs
• Create design systems and component libraries in Figma
• Work on a variety of SaaS industry clients, from startups to established brands
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Help ensure a great user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showing work on marketing websites and/or SaaS products
• Advanced Figma skills (component creation, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries)
• Excellent understanding of responsive design and usability best practices
• Strong visual design skills — typography, layout, color, hierarchy
• Ability to design with conversions and performance in mind
• Experience working with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Solid communication and collaboration skills (we work async + remote)
• Prior experience with SaaS companies or designing for SaaS is a big plus
